Data Sharing & Disclosure to Third Parties

Mbi360 does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. However, there are limited circumstances in which we may need to share your information with certain parties for legitimate purposes:

  • Payment Processors: Required transaction information is shared with payment service providers such as Malaysian banks (for FPX), Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and ShopeePay solely for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own strict privacy and security policies.

Technical & Organisational Security Measures

The security of your personal data is mbi360's top priority. We continually invest in best-in-class technology and procedures to keep your information safe at all times:

  • 256-bit SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and mbi360's servers is fully encrypted using the latest Transport Layer Security (TLS).
  • Data-at-Rest Encryption: Sensitive information stored in our databases, including KYC details and financial records, is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Layered Access Controls: Only mbi360 staff with a legitimate business need who have passed background checks are permitted to access personal data. All access is logged and audited.
  • 24/7 Threat Monitoring: Our threat detection system monitors for suspicious activity around the clock and will automatically lock an account if an abnormal access pattern is detected.
  • Regular Penetration Testing: mbi360 undergoes regular penetration testing by independent cybersecurity experts to identify and address vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We offer a 2FA option for members who wish to add an extra layer of security to their account beyond just a password.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute 100% security. We therefore also encourage you to take your own protective measures, such as using a strong password, not sharing your login credentials, and logging out of your account after each session — especially on shared devices.

FAQ – mbi360 Privacy Policy

Answers to the most frequently asked questions from mbi360 members about privacy and data protection

No. mbi360 does not share your personal information with any advertising companies, social media platforms or third-party data brokers for external marketing purposes. All promotional communications you receive relating to mbi360 offers – such as the Welcome Bonus of up to RM888, Malaysia Super League football promotions or e-sports – come directly from mbi360 and are only sent if you provided consent at registration. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Yes. Your eWallet information – whether Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost or ShopeePay – is handled with the same level of security used by leading Malaysian banking institutions. mbi360 does not store your full eWallet account number in our database once a transaction is complete – we retain only the transaction reference required for financial records. All communications with eWallet providers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through approved payment channels. For an added layer of security, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your mbi360 account.

To request a copy of your personal data, send an email to privacy@mbi360.best with the subject line "Data Access Request – [Your Account Number]". In the email, specify the type of data you wish to access (e.g. betting records, account information, transaction records) and your preferred format if applicable. mbi360 will first verify your identity by asking you to confirm certain account details before processing the request. This is an important safeguard to ensure your data does not fall into the wrong hands. Requests will be processed within 48 working hours and data will be delivered via a secure channel.

When you close your mbi360 account, not all data is deleted immediately — certain records must be retained to comply with mandatory Malaysian law. Financial and transaction records are kept for 7 years in accordance with tax and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. KYC information is retained for 7 years after account closure. Data with no legal retention requirement — such as platform preferences and session records — will be deleted within 90 days of account closure. If you would like a detailed breakdown of what data will be retained after closure, please contact our privacy team before making your decision.

mbi360 uses automated systems for certain operational processes, including fraud detection, suspicious activity monitoring, and automatic bonus crediting after deposits. These systems help maintain the safety and fairness of the platform for all members. However, decisions of significant consequence — such as account suspension, withdrawal rejections, or dispute resolution — always go through human review by qualified mbi360 staff before a final decision is made. You have the right to request a human review of any automated decision you believe is unfair by contacting our support team — we will re-examine the case and explain the basis of the decision to you.
mbi360's Privacy Commitment to Malaysian Members

Mbi360 views personal data protection not merely as a legal obligation — it is a core value of our company. From the moment you register with your Malaysian phone number, make your first deposit via Touch 'n Go or FPX, to every bet you place on a Malaysia Super League or EPL match, your information is always protected to the highest standard we can provide. If you have any concerns about how your data is handled, our door is always open. Contact the mbi360 privacy team at privacy@mbi360.best or via FAQs us.
