Terms & Conditions mbi360 – Malaysia Sports Betting Platform User Guide

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mbi360. By using the mbi360 platform in any way – including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

These terms apply together with Privacy Policy mbi360 and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and mbi360. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.

To register and use the mbi360 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Register only one account for yourself only – not on behalf of any other person.
• Providing personal information that accurate, complete and truthful at the time of registration.
• Never had an account closed at mbi360 for a previous terms violation.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any related gambling platform.

Mbi360 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), a bank or utility statement as proof of address, and any other relevant information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.

Your mbi360 account is personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by anyone other than yourself. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account, including activity resulting from unauthorised access.

• Keep your account password secure and confidential – do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

• Not using any automation software, bots or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.

Mbi360 operates a 24/7 monitoring system to detect suspicious account activity. If our system flags any unusual activity, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account for investigation purposes while reaching out to you for verification.

All deposits into your mbi360 account must be made using a valid payment method in your own name. mbi360 does not accept third-party deposits. The deposit methods accepted by mbi360 are as follows:

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set unless you configure one yourself via the self-control tools in your account settings. Deposit funds typically reflect in your mbi360 account balance within 1–5 minutes.

Mbi360 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect members from unauthorised use of their payment methods.

You may request a withdrawal of winnings from your mbi360 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account balance to be withdrawn must exceed RM30 (minimum withdrawal).
• All rollover requirements associated with received bonuses must fully met before a withdrawal is approved.
• The KYC verification process must be completed upon request before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, for security and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes.

• Gold: 10–20 minutes

Mbi360 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM888 for new members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which you should read and understand clearly before accepting:

• Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per new member who has never made a deposit.
• Each bonus type has its own terms rollover (wagering requirement) varying between 10x and 15x depending on the package selected.
• The rollover fulfilment period is 30 Days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses with unfulfilled rollovers within this period will expire.
• Bets that count towards rollover requirements must have minimum odds of 1.50 for sports and 1.30 for e-sports. Bets placed below this value will not count.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash – they must first be used for wagering before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Mbi360 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if abuse is found to have occurred, including arbitrage betting using bonuses.

Every promotion offered by mbi360 will come with its own specific terms, available on the relevant promotions page. In the event of any inconsistency between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matters they cover.

All bets placed through the mbi360 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the mbi360 system non-reversible by players except through the Cash Out function available for eligible bets.
• In the event of an obvious technical error in odds setting (for example, odds that are unreasonably far from the market), mbi360 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the player.
• Betting results are final based on official results from sports governing bodies applicable. Disputes regarding match outcomes that have been officially settled will not be entertained.
• For matches that are postponed, suspended or cancelled, bets will be deemed void and the stake will be refunded in full unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport's rules.
• In football, betting is typically based on 90-minute standard processing time (including regular extra time but excluding penalty shootouts or extended extra time) unless a specific market states otherwise.
• Mbi360 In-Play betting may be temporarily suspended during match replays following a goal, red card, or penalty – this is standard procedure and not a system error.

Mbi360 provides live statistics and real-time match data as a reference for players; however, the final outcome of all bets is determined by the official sources of the relevant organiser or sports governing body, not by the statistics displayed on our platform.

Mbi360 uses a sophisticated fraud detection system to ensure platform fairness and integrity for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts whether directly or through a family member or another person using a false identity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or live competitions.
• Arbitrage betting (sure betting) – using bonuses to bet on all possible outcomes to guarantee a profit with no risk.
• Use of automation software, bots or artificial intelligence tools to make betting decisions or access the platform without authorisation.

• Money laundering – using the mbi360 platform to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds.

• Daily/Weekly Deposit Limit: Set your own deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered, but require 48 hours to increase.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with per day or per week.
• Cool-Off Period (Temporary Self-Exclusion): Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months if you need a break from gaming.

• Access failure due to connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Losses arising from account access by an unauthorised party as a result of the user's negligence in maintaining password security.

The mbi360 platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee that it will be completely free from errors or disruptions. That said, mbi360 is committed to maintaining system uptime above 99.9% and resolving any technical issues in the shortest time possible.

Mbi360 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, collusion, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 180 days – with an email notice sent 30 days before closure.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the mbi360 support team via live chat or email at support@mbi360.best. All valid balances will be returned to you within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any active rollovers.

Accounts closed due to a Terms violation are not eligible for a balance refund. Decisions on account closure and balance disposal involving violations are final and binding.

Mbi360 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before those amendments take effect, except in cases of emergency changes related to security or legal compliance.

Your continued use of the mbi360 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendments come into force.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution procedure or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
